In the wake of a recent report by “The Guide to Sleeping in Airports” which rated three Nigerian international Airports as some of the worst in Africa, Engr. Femi Akintunde, Managing Director, Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services Limited (AMFacilities), has advised government to initiate measures to maximize lifecycles of assets such as airports. One of such measures according to him is that the government must begin to request concessioners to demonstrate Facilities Management Capacity before signing off agreements.
