Omatek Ventures Plc (Omatek) has assured that the acquisition of its new factory would improve its production level, enhance profitability and deliver better returns to shareholders in the next financial year. The company’s Managing Director, Mrs. Florence Seriki, explained that the acquisition is expected to generate huge amount of money for the company.



The share price of the company is still nose-diving since 2008 as the company is yet to find its path to recovery after the market crash.

The stock fell by -67.74% in 2009, following the -69.84% loss experienced in 2008. The company experienced low-key patronage to record flat posture in 2010 and 2011 while trading at nominal value of N0.50kobo. The YTD performance so far in the current year remains flat.
