Aso Savings & Loans Plc. has notified The Exchange that in line with Central Bank of Nigeria circular No. BSD/DIR/GEN/CIR/Vol.2/004 ref: FPR/DIR/CIR/GEN/01/022 on the adoption of December 31 as official year end for other financial institutions in Nigeria, the company has changed its financial year end from March 31 to December 31.
In view of the change, two sets of audited accounts will be produced by Aso Savings & Loans Plc. for the fiscal year. The first would be for the financial year ended March 31, 2012 and the second one for the nine month period covering April to December, 2012.
