Data Mining for Customer Relationship Mgt. |4th – 5th July | 9am – 3pm each day | N55,000.00 The course will enable participants master the process/techniques by which data from customer behavior is used to help make key business decisions via market segmentation and predictive analytics. CRM Analytics’s behavior-based marketing approach actively reveals why and when customers buy thus enabling the opportunity to create exceptional customer retention. In general, this two-day course equips participants with the capacity to use analytic techniques to analyze customer behaviour, satisfaction, loyalty, profitability, and churn.
Impact Evaluation Techniques | 2nd – 3rd July | 9am – 3pm each day | N60,000.00 Impact evaluation helps determine the achievement or otherwise of a programme / projects set objectives or test alternative strategies for achieving those results. By so doing, it strengthens evidence base decision making and strategy development. This course is therefore designed to enable participants know what to evaluate and why; how to evaluate; and how to implement an evaluation. It provides participants with a core set of impact evaluation tools and discuss their application to real-world operations.
Capital Budgeting and Investment Analysis | 4th – 5th July | 9am – 4pm each day | N55,000.00
Capital Budgeting is vital in making decisions. The subject of capital budgeting addresses the question of how a company decides to make investments in additional capacity or in new products and to replace worn-out fixed assets. This course therefore equips participants with the skills to value investment projects and make investment decisions. The course links capital budgeting to company’s overall strategy for value creation as well as address other international aspects of capital budgeting.
