The Company has notified The Exchange of its’51st Annual General Meeting scheduled to hold at the Banquet Hall of the Excellence Hotel, Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 11am.
The Company has also informed The Exchange that its Register of Members and Transfer of Books will be closed from Wednesday, April 27, 2011 to Friday, April 29, 2011(both days inclusive) for the purpose of updating the Register of shareholders.
