The Company has notified The Exchange that Mr. Tola A. Osunkiyesi as its Acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer effective following the resignation of Mr. Bola Olayinka as the Managing Director. Before his appointment, Mr. T.A. Osunkiyesi has served as a Director of the Company for five years and was Executive Director (Finance) of Costain (West Africa) Plc from 2001 to 2004 amongst others.

Mr. Femi Akinola, who was appointed Director, Special Duties/Company Secretary of the Company in 2007 has also resigned from the services of the Company.
