I am wondering why Aiico have failed to send bonus certificate declare for the last financial year end to share holder, this is over one year now and i believe the organisation is not deceiving us. I called the registrar to Aiico i was told that National Insurance commission have not approve the bonus share, and right now i don know where to get the right information. Please let me know what is going on with the bonus share declared.

It appears the Q3 turnover and PAT indicated for 2008 on this site are supposed to be for 2009 and vice versa.Your comment says profit grew in 2009.

Could you possibly use your good offices to verify or confirm why between AIICO and United Securities (Registrar to AIICO??) the 1 F 4 bonus script as per 2008 year end result is yet to be posted to shareholder's CSCS account? Can you also confirm if there is any NSE/CSCS guideline or time frame for such company declarations are expected to be concluded? The duration this has taken, surely cannot be a best practice by any standard.

I took part during the 2007 public offer of this company. I made my purchase of 5,000 units through Gosord Securities branch at Onitsha post office building. Since then till now, I have not seeing my certificate. The broker I purchased it through told me that the certificate is not yet out, but I learnt from other investors that they had gotings theirs. Now I heard that the company declared bonus of 4:1, still I do not know if there is any hope for me because I have not seen my certificate of the offer I bought. This problem is not I alone, there is still many people out there that had not seen theirs.I use this medium to beg the management to contact me with the e-mail provided here (biziyke@yahoo.com) for easy processing.Thanks.

Sir, i want to know why Aiico plc has not paid dividend since the last public offer despite the impressive PATs recorded in 2OO8 AND 2009 financial year?
Posted by: Okoli Emeka on: 2009-08-25 08:04:02
I wonder why since after your last 2007 offer you have neither paid any dividend nor bonus to shareholders. What is wrong? What does the management think of the shareholders? We invested for profit reasons, please.
