As a shareholder, I expect to have been in possession of an invite and the audited account for the AGM which is just 3 days away. Is the company really still existing? I am a shareholder of AFRICAN PAINTS, I discovered we are not being carried along adeqautely about what is going on in the company. An AGM that is holding on 15th July, 2010 an annual has not gotten to my hand. I don't know if is because of my little shares. Please I need a response. Thanks.
