I was a portfolio holder with Stanbic IBTC. IBTC sold my Access Bank shares (128,832 shares) on 18 Feb. 2009. I disagreed with IBTC and it was bought back on 29 April 2009. Access Bank declared dividend of 70k July 1, 2009. Up till now my dividend has not been paid. I sent my representative to ask the Registrar, the reply was they did not owe me. Please I want to know if I am entitled for dividend?Thank you for the help.

Your bank charges is very high such as sms alert, monthly maintance cost etc. There is need to review these charges. I love your service and the performanceof the bank.

Kindly review your deduction on accounts. I have an account with your Oyin Jolayemi branch. No transaction has occoured for over a year. However, monthly deductions have been made to date. Last month N1,500.00 was deducted for migration the a "higher account" which was unsolicited. I have since closed the account to prevent further depletion of my funds. Kindly investigate to reverse the un-solicited deduction. M Akinyanju

I felt totally demised because Access Bank registrar fall short of all his expectation. The registrar should please learn to give feedback to those that wrote him. I posted letter to the registrar for non recipient of dividend and end of year financial report since its last po till date. Inside the letter is my change of address form, dividend mandate to my bank account and E-bonus mandate. This letter was after a year and half of calling without success, all the way from Onitsha, Anambra state.Write now I am sure my letter is on the registrars table, but nothing shows to me he had received it, not even text message because I included my phone number, my new residential address and P.O.Box.Please I do beg for a transparent service which is the epitome of investors before they spent their hard-to-earn money.

I bought 20,000 units in the IPO 2005, after the reconstruction it became 11 429 units. I never got a certificate for this reconstructed shares but received the 2008 dividend for the said units but up until now, I have not received the dividend for 2009. What's going on?

I bought 1000 units of Access Bank via the Bank's Public Offer at Ilorin Branch of the Bank in 2007. I have not recieved my share certificate or any returned fund not to talk of return on investment, if alloted. I have complained at Ilorin branch and I was directed to Akure branch since my address is in AKure. During the last public offer by Access Bank, I was given two share certificates evidencing my share allocations on the completion of the offer. One certificate was for 21,150 units, the second certificate was for 2,100, making my total holdings in Access Bank 23,250 units. I submitted the two certificates through my stockbrokers (First Equity Nig. Ltd) for verification and subsequent submission to CSCS Nig Ltd. for reflection in my CSCS shareholding records, with reference to Access Bank Nig Plc. But instead of correctly reflecting my total holdings in Access Bank as 23,250 units, my holdings in Access Bank are showing 5,000 units. I did not buy 5000 units of Access Bank shares or even submit a certificate for 5,000 units for verification and lodgment with CSCS. I had brought this discrepancy to the attention of Access Bank's Registrar (United Securities Ltd) but the error has not been rectified yet.I should be very grateful if Access Bank could take up this matter with a view to getting problem resolved. i would like to ask about figure of outstanding share of access bank plc in proshareeng site 16,588,503,517.00 compare with the figure of oustanding of niigeria stock exchange NSE 16,437,259,273 is different. for the same date . (share outstanding )and (no of outstandind shares) is it different ?
