Proshare Invest-Africa (www.proshareng.com) is the premier African online public investor education and support service with a vision to help users of its services to become better off by providing the intellectual facts to make the right financial decisions.

Our mission as an organisation is to create an investor friendly forum for all investors, financial institutions, analysts and service providers in the capital market to interact and promote intelligent exchanges of information and strategies needed to profitably engage the market.

We provide a critical component of the much needed market confidence and safety role through our platforms and engagement, building on our collective experience in running similar services in Nigeria and the Diaspora since 2002.

What information do we collect?
When you register with our site, we will collect your name, country, company name, company type and job description, e-mail address and phone numbers. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.

What do we do with the information?
We will use the information provided by you to promote a more personal service. We are required by best practice to follow strict procedures to protect customer information.

As some of our computer systems are based outside the country, it may be necessary to pass on some of your personal data outside Nigeria for compliance purposes. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you accept that such transfers will take place.

We may however send their information to you if you ticked the send me product offers box. if you change your mind, you can simply send us an e-mail at club@proshareng.com specifying your request to be removed from the mailing list to receive product offers.

 What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. These allow service providers store your details and provide features to make your use of the Service easier. Most browsers allow the cookie function to turn off.

We currently do not use cookies on our service but request that you kindly bookmark the page and save your password on your system for ease and convenience of retrieval and logging in to the Proshare website

8.1 Our total liability to you (including where we have been negligent) shall be limited to the amount of N10,000:00, except where we are unable to limit liability in law. Proshare Limited is unable to limit its liability by law for death or personal injury.

8.2 We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption of data or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

9. Matters beyond Proshare Limited's reasonable control
We shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10. Copyright / Trademarks
10.1 All rights in the designs and information in our Site or distributed by us via e-mail, fax, mobile phone, handheld computer or other device are owned by Proshare Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of this site without our permission.

11.1 We will respect your personal information and will comply with all applicable Nigerian data protection legislation currently in force.

11.2 We will use your personal information which you provide to us and the records of your visits to constantly monitor and improve our service to you and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination of Service or amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to alter or withdraw our service, to refuse our service to any customer and to change the service or these Terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the site at least 30 days before the change is to take effect.
