Multi-Trex Integrated Foods Plc announces Resignation of Messrs Dele Kalu & Francis Ola

Multi-Trex Integrated Foods Plc has notified The Exchange of the voluntary resignation of Messrs Dele Kalu Udoma former Executive Director (Manufacturing) and Francis Ola Ododu former Group Head, Financial Control.

The effective date of Dele’s resignation is May 1, 2012, while Ododu’s resignation is with effect from July 1, 2012.
