The Company has notified The Exchange of the resignation of Mr. David Charles Coutts-Trotter (a Director) from its Board, effective November 8, 2011.

Also, the Company informed The Exchange that one of its Directors, Dr. Alexander Uruemu Ibru died on November 20, 2011
